Our recent Italian Cooking Class invited Maria Paola Cabasino as a guest chef. Maria is from Italy, and she taught our students how to cook the Italian way. We practiced Italian and enjoyed homemade gnocchi & strawberry ice cream!
Here's the word bank from the video:
💡 gnocchi (in Italian cooking, small dumplings made from potato, semolina, or flour, usually served with a sauce)
💡 impasto (dough)
💡 perfetto (perfect)
💡 spatola (spatula)
💡 mestolo (ladle)
💡 gelato (ice cream)
