It is the third most popular language used on the Internet, only preceded by English and Mandarin (which we also offer 😉).
Is it difficult to learn Spanish?
Spanish is one of the easiest languages for English speakers to learn! Spanish uses the same alphabet as English. English and Spanish share common Latin roots, and many words are shared between the two languages. You probably already know more Spanish vocabulary than you think!
Fun Facts about Spanish
Spain is a multilingual country with five official languages; besides Spanish, there is Catalan, Galician, Basque, and Occitan. The dominant language in the country is Spanish (Castellano).

The earliest Spanish texts known are Las Glosas Emilianenses (Glosses of Saint Emilianus). These Spanish and Basque notes written on a religious Latin manuscript were found in the Monasterio de Suso in the town of San Millán de la Congolla, La Rioja Spain are believed to be written in 964, more than 1,000 years ago!
